Privacy Policy

FlexFlow is a stretching app. This policy explains exactly what it stores, why, and how to get rid of it. It covers the FlexFlow iOS app and the pages on flexflow.info.

What we collect

Account

• Email address — to sign you in and recover your account. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only ever see Apple's relay address.
• Display name and initials — shown to you and to members of your club.

Activity

• Completed sessions — muscle group, whether it was pre- or post-workout, how many stretches, how long it took, and when.
• Streak — your current run of consecutive days and your session total.
• Milestones — which streak milestones you have earned and when.
• Free-tier usage — which stretches you have unlocked in the current month, so the free allowance can be counted.

Club

• Membership — which club you belong to, if any.
• Shared activity — your completed sessions and streak are visible to other members of your club, and the reactions you send them.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing activity, or any advertising identifier.

Apple Health

If you tap "Save to Apple Health", FlexFlow writes that session to Health as a flexibility workout. This is optional and off unless you choose it.

FlexFlow only writes to Health — it never reads your health data. Health data is never sent to our servers, never shared with third parties, and never used for marketing or advertising. It stays on your device under Apple's control, and you can revoke access at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

Streak milestone sharing

When you earn a milestone, FlexFlow creates a link you may choose to share. Anyone with that link can see your first name, the day count, and the date earned — nothing else. No email address, no account identifier, no session history, no club.

The link contains a random token rather than your account ID, so links cannot be guessed or traced back to your account. Nothing is published unless you deliberately share it. To have a share link disabled, contact us.

Subscriptions

FlexFlow Plus is billed by Apple. We never see or handle your payment details. Our subscription provider, Superwall, tells us only whether your subscription is active.

Who processes your data

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Superwall — subscription status and paywall delivery.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, and Apple Health.
• Cloudflare — serves this website and routes app traffic.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your account data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account and your profile, sessions, streaks, milestones, club membership and share links are permanently removed. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis within 30 days.

Your choices

• See your data — most of it is visible in the app. Ask us for the rest.
• Correct it — change your name in the You tab.
• Delete it — email us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it.
• Leave a club — You tab → Leave club. Your past activity stops being shown to that club.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objecting to processing. Contact us and we will honour them.

Children

FlexFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
