These terms apply when you use the FlexFlow app or this website. Using FlexFlow means you accept them.
You need an account to use FlexFlow. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information, and let us know if you think your account has been compromised. You must be at least 13 years old.
Joining a club means other members can see your completed sessions, your streak, and your name. Only share a club code with people you are happy to share that with. Leave a club at any time from the You tab.
Be decent to your club. Do not use FlexFlow to harass anyone, impersonate anyone, or share anything unlawful. We may remove accounts that do.
Sharing a milestone creates a public link showing your first name, the day count and the date earned. You choose whether to share it and where. Anyone with the link can view it.
Do not attempt to interfere with FlexFlow's operation, circumvent the free-tier limits or subscription checks, access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that do.
The stretches, cues and safety notes in FlexFlow are general fitness information. They are not tailored to you, your history, or any condition you may have. We update the library over time and do not guarantee any particular stretch will remain available.
We aim to keep FlexFlow running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. If we discontinue a paid service, we will give reasonable notice.
FlexFlow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law permits. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of FlexFlow, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using FlexFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and the date above will change. Continuing to use FlexFlow after that means you accept the new terms.
